Hi, I'm Scott Jolman, metal and welding artist.
Art has always been a passion of mine and I have had an affinity for it since I was young— but as it often happens, as I got older I found it harder to find the time to create. I started welding in 2004, making an elaborate entertainment center. I fell in love with metal and started making the first iterations of tabletop crosses and sculptures of intimate scale. As my skill developed, I began to expand my work with everything from bed frames and coffee tables to large garden sculpture and outdoor railings.
I grew up in a Christian household, attending Christian schools K-12. Because of this crosses became ubiquitous in my work throughout the years— making approximately one thousand crosses since I began welding. I continue to create crosses and custom work, and am always open to a good custom project challenge.
